Hey, I’m Kirsty— a recovering people-pleaser turned counselor, passionate about helping others build self-esteem, set healthy boundaries, and heal from trauma. After earning a degree in Vocal Performance and spending years teaching, my own experiences with my own experiences with trauma, grief, and vulnerability led me to pursue a Master’s degree in counseling. 

Now, I want to empower others to navigate emotions, embrace healing, and rediscover their strength. Married for over 20 years with four children, I find joy in the simple moments and am dedicated to guiding others on their healing journeys.
